Christmas!

Sorry it's a little late, but here are some pictures from
Christmas! We spent Christmas in Delta at my parents.
We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas night
at Gene's parents. We sure did have a
good time, and we barely fit it in the car to get it all home!
Santa brought Camrynn just what she wanted! A
computer! She also got a cupcake full of cooking stuff for
her kitchen that Santa brought her last year. Santa even left
a note telling her that she had more suprises at home, since he
couldn't leave them in Delta. So when we got home, we found
that Santa had left her two new fish in her fish tank! Here is one of the many toys she got for Christmas. A cute little dog that can be dressed up! She is sitting on a rag quilt that I made! Took me forever to finally get it finished, she was supposed to get it for her birthday:) I didn't want to post any picture of lovely me without makeup but I thought I better include some of me and Gene! We got a digital camera from my parents. And Gene is thrilled that it's pink! Good thing he's color blind ;)

Snow Fun!

We got our first big snow storm over the weekend and so we bundled
up and headed outside to play in the fresh powder!
Here's Camrynn making a snow angel!
Gene always has to start a snowball fight. This
year Camrynn could fight back:) I think she was doing
a pretty good job of defending herself!
They tried to make a snowman, but the snow didn't
want to stick together. But they made a nice mound:)
They also made a hill in the backyard to sled down. Our sled
broke last year so Gene improvised by using an old dish network
satellite:) It didn't work as well as he thought it should. Bummer!

Oh Christmas Tree

We got our first Christmas tree last week.
It's our first big tree, all we have ever had is small short ones and a palm tree:) So it's our first real tree! Real=fake:)
I bought a few decorations and decorated it and
I think it turned out good!
Here's a picture of Camrynn posing with it.
I don't have that many decorations that will all go
together so I stuck a couple signs and stars in there that
are actually meant to hang on the walls.
I think it looks good though!

Here's some of my new decorations and my new tree skirt:) Kinda bare under there, guess I better finish my Christmas shopping and get them wrapped and under the tree!
