Nascar 2009!

Well it was Nascar time again! This was our 3rd year going to Vegas! And mine and Gene's 4th year going to Nascar. We went for our honeymoon in Pheonix. My parents and brother go every year now, it's kinda tradition now! It's so fun! Friday we went to Qualifying (after we hit the Bass Pro Shop with my brother Adam). And Saturday and Sunday were the big races! (Nationwide and Sprint Cup) Here's a picture of Dale Jr. car making a pit stop. This picture shows what a good view we had of the track, really good seats! We could see all the pit stops and the finish line. We could see most of the track, except the back stretch. This is where we sit almost every year and it's always so nice in Vegas this time of year! Here's the guys on TV. They talk about the race before it happens and everyone crowds around hoping to get on TV:) We didn't (I don't think) But there is Kenny Wallace. Kinda cool to see him up close. We also ran into some people from Delta here, which is funny since there is like 200,000 people at the track! Look! A picture of Gene smiling!! This was the day of the Nationwide Series. Yay for ear plugs! And here is the winner of the Sprint Cup: Kyle Busch. He is the one I DIDN'T want to win!! I lost 5 bucks on a bet with Adam because he won! BAH! But it was his hometown and he did a heck of a burn out, so that made it better! It was a great time!!
